    Under the lending agreement Merrill Lynch have the right to recall their BTU shares from JP Morgan at anytime.

    Until then JP Morgan are obviously intending to keep on selling.

    The whole thing makes no sense to me.

    According to my broker BTU was in the top 20 shorted stocks for last week, last month and last quarter.

    Bring on the Court decision and then watch them scramble.
