Still not quite sure how to think about this business. I was originally sceptical that charging thousands of dollars for a minute long video would be unsustainable as competition and better DIY solutions inevitably emerge.

The model of business sits right in the middle of what you just said . The cost of production is exceptionally good value and that is where they slide on in undercutting large and expensive production houses whilst utilizing modern and relatively cheap editing software and labor to do so .
