Very strange what causes these gaps, month before quarter end they announce upgrades to estimates, at quarter end they beat these upgrades, I would have thought that would explain most of the gaps if not all. If company grows fast enough gaps don't get filled and are called runaway gaps, if they don't the general market movement leads to gaps being filled.
