There were 2 rounds of consolidation (according to CommSec IRESS):
31/10/2012 1:20 Consolidation (call this "1st consoldn")
20/11/2014 1:30 Consolidation (call this "2nd consoldn")
Depending on your shareholdings at a given time, you can apply the ratios above to
determine your current shareholding.
Eg. If you held 6,000 shares on 01/07/2012, i.e. well before 1st consoldn date,
your new shareholding on 31/10/2012 will then be (6,000/20) = 300.
Furthermore on 20/11/2014, your 300 shares would have been further consolidated
to (300/30) = 10 after the 2nd consldn.
Simply put, if you held shares prior to 31/10/2012, the number of shares you currently hold would be reduced by a factor of 600 (assuming you did not participate in exercising rights to acquire shares or exercise any options granted to shares or sold any).
