I took the commentary around recognising expenses over the 3 months after a customer signs up relating to accounting treatment rather than direct relevance to the 4Cs.
My expectation would be that expenses are incurred immediately at the time the video is produced. Think of the presenter, videographer, editor, marketing etc.
I think what will influence the 4Cs most will be expansion costs, hiring more telemarketers / office staff will front load expenses while production expenses will be more incurred more in line with the actual jobs.

Most businesses probably have to pay before the video is produced, therefore cash could be received one quarter and then the video is produced and expenses occur the next quarter.
Our prices are payable in full within 14 days of our invoice, and in any event in advance of filming, unless otherwise agreed when you apply online for Membership via our Website or as otherwise may be agreed in writing. Only one invoice for the full price of your membership or Package will be provided to you.
