Let's face it ,it wouldn't take much funds to cap the share price at current levels,considering there is no buying momentum.If the directors wanted the options proposal to receive a favourable response then the bigger the gap the better.It would not seem overly generous. I mean if the shares were trading at 9 cents they would be howled down.Surely someone could be retained to control the price (brokers etc.)until the AGM. Let,s see what happens when the options get voted in.Some posters might be surprised.
