Perhaps they like the idea? And given the company has no intention or house to commercialise on their own 2 feet, perhaps this is the best thing they could come up with.

A convertible not which will transfer to shares in a JV if the pilot is successful.....its not exactly a resounding affirmation.

How can MIN affirm a process that is not in operation.

Smells very much like a pump to me. Trapped holders from the last raise at 6.4c will no doubt enjoy having an exit opportunity

out today. Close to 20% SOI churn .
