    Will somebody who knows what is going on (or has a fairly good idea) please let us in on where we're going with this stock?
    Clearly the ultimate effect of today's news will depend on shareholders' vote at the general meeting (and if it be passed, which is probable, sometime for it to take effect). But should you be holding on if you bought at a high (or much higher price) or cut your losses?
