Thanks for your update. I had followed up with Kat also and received the same feedback. I would like to think shareholders would get something back but at the very least, they need to be held accountable for their dishonest conduct. Happy to see there are others here who are still keen to pursue the class action. I will continue to follow up with Kat however long it takes....
