It has been 2 years since I have registered with P &A.
Seems there have been staff changes and my email has bounced.
I am now forwarding my email to Kat.
Will respond when I get a reply.
I've lost $1/4 m.
I strongly believe in the ASA who stand up for shareholder rights.
This forum is a great example how Investors can communicate with each other and make a stand.

I attended AGM meetings and met the directors.
To think they were lying through their teeth and intentionally over borrowing and buying more and more companies with the intention to go into Bankruptcy.
Company survived minus the debt.
Shareholders were left nothing.

I wish I could say that the Australian Government would protect its citizens.
Recent changes however show the opposite giving even more power to executives who do not have the interest of shareholders.
I will keep trying!
