Excellent post beachcomber - thank you for your efforts to date and very sorry for your losses. I have also forwarded information to Kat from PA. To have to see directors talk of how much stronger the company is after the "restructure" is disgraceful. I agree with you - this company ran away to restructure under Ch 11 in the US- when it became clear they had negligently over geared to fund acquisitions they could clearly not handle. They couldn't even get out a consolidated set of accounts. I have no doubt the directors expect a class action and we must continue
