Excellent post beachcomber - thank you for your efforts to date and very sorry for your losses.

To have to see directors talk of how much stronger the company is after the "restructure" is disgraceful. I agree with you - this company ran away to restructure under Ch 11 in the US- when it became clear they had negligently over geared to fund acquisitions they could clearly not handle. They couldn't even get out a consolidated set of accounts.
I have no doubt the directors expect a class action and we must continue
