We really have to hope when we get to find out that it is obvious the new trial can be enrolled with a cohort, less restrictive, very quickly and have achievable endpoints . The decision has been madeon old trial so obviously they couldn't enroll in prior trial but won't tell us exactly why surgeons would put patients up or that eligible patients were so thin on the ground from restrictive criteria of prior treatments, monitoring etc? . We have obviously persisted with a failed trial design.

ERB highlighting surgical methods is a furphy unless it comes down to medical insurance funding where they just won't foot the bill for it ??? We haven't got the full story.
