I had a similar experience a couple of years back. I had to renew my drivers licence so I went to the motor registry at lunchtime. Walked in and grabbed a ticket and took a seat. I noticed that one of the women behind the counter was a man .An ugly bastard too ! Sure as shit when my number got called I was supposed to go to that counter. I pretended it wasn't my number and went back to the machine and got a new number. Lucky for me I got served by a normal person the second time.
