    Hi all,

    what's the advantage of starting a new spin off company & leaving old MUL/NWT shareholder on the shelf..why not just leave things the way they are & just issue the new shares and we own the hole box & dice....the other thing is???
    surely current shareholders would get first bite of the cherry for shares in the new company????
