Well the Roosters big three attacking players played poorly (Mitchell.Tedesco,Manu)

    and Canberra couldn't win.

Wighton got the Churchill medal because he was the best player on the field and there was not one Rooster player that stood out.

Wighton aside who could they give it to?

The great game is not so great anymore imo or I'm just not intune with the times and whats accepted as how the Game should be allowed to be played.

The rules need a complete over haul as the changes in recent years are rediculous .

Cronk should not have been givern ten in the bin for his early (split second) front on tackle in that position on the field
(Tackling a player without the ball is the call. Professional foul. Ten minutes in the bin.)

Applying the rule last night to Cronk, with the front on tackle the same as when a player makes a break in broken field play and a support player is taken out, is over the top.
Thats what the rule was basicly brought in for...... Support players getting taken out imo

Applying all situations for any penalty with one definition will have more players in the sin bin than on the field.
Fair enough if the NRL goes with the rules being in black and white and there is consistency all the time.
But how is that going to happen. lol

The rule with the trainer unintentionally interferring in play needs to be looked at.......simple.
The Rule, as it is, probably relates to the Referee (from what I know) and unintentional interference ...........The Ball goes to the Attacking side ?

At the end of the day the Roosters won even though they played below their best. imo

Was the Game exciting ?. imo No
