IMO AZZ at the moment is not dissimilar to a new company raising funds for a float and they have received the funds from the new investors and are now ready to go..only difference is that there is no prospectus telling us EXACTLY what they are going to spend it on
For that reason it is a punt but I like you are prepared to wait and see
My only real disapointment(shared by many posters) is the companys inability to provide accurate details of the petrohawk jv..once that is revealed,if ever,than we might see a real sharp jump in the sp
