    Hey all

That question has been the one that I have used in my business when I deal with clients and friends who come to me for help. It has been a winner in many ways...effectively it rests responsibility for action and change with the person experiencing the difficulty.

Very briefly, I live my life going quite a way not to cause anybody too much trouble, I avoid confrontation with others as much as I can unless I am somehow cornered or the behaviour of others is just so outrageous that I know that I must do something otherwise I will regret the inaction well into the future.

I don't tell others what to do and try not to judge when others do other than what I would like them to do. This is no call to others to do anything other than what they believe is in their best interests.

But, you know, I ain't going to stand by and do nothing.

It may not make a difference, that is cool. It may make a difference, that is fine too. In the end, the decision for me is clear.

Every business day I am going to do at least ONE thing that I believe will address a situation that is just problematic at every level.

These individual actions will comprise, but are not limited to:

    - Lodging a complaint with ASIC

    - Emailing each member of the Board of caretakers and
telling them what I think and how I will be voting

    - Contacting firms like IMF and informing them of the
situation and suggesting that there is a % in it for them
    to look further into it

    - Buying 1,000 shares in ESG in my own name and that of my
wife (my current holdings are held jointly)

    - Encouraging my sisters and brothers as well as friends to
buy 1,000 shares in ESG as I think there is an upside from
    the current price

    - voting no with my shares and every proxy given to me

    - Writing to financial publications outlining the situation
with a view to engaging their interest

All in all that will be about 24 actions that I will take so that in time I can answer the question posed in the thread honestly.

Again, we should all do what sits well with our own being and I look forward to the discussions that will unfold in the next few weeks

Finally, DB and Buddy, I have found the way you have communicated in the past a bit annoying at times. That may say more about me than you.

However, when it came to the MOAs, the quality of management and the overall way things were going - I have only 1 thing to say.........in most cases you were on the mark and for whatever reasons you gave for your positions...in the end, YOU WERE PRETTY MUCH ON THE MARK.

You made me laugh at times, frustrated me, you went to the sin bin at times....but....on the mark.

    the best to all
