    Interesting thread I`m snacking on a highly processed choc chip cookie which in a large font proudly says on the front "source of fibre" and hidden on the back in a tiny font "20 grams of fat"

    All my Asian friends on Facebook weigh under 50 kgs and yet they don`t swing shovels or crowbars n stuff

    Conclusion: Majority of Westerners are fat bastards and get bigger with age ... deal with it

    Pro tip: Watching The Biggest loser on tv won`t help you lose weight
