I AM convinced.
Far less physical labour now.
Kids are sig less active.
Fast food is everywhere, VERY cheap and portion sizes have increased dramatically.
More in - Less out - thats it people.
There ARE hormonal changes that occur if you become overwieght which make it forever harder to maintain healthy wieght after that.
Also probably developmental changes if you mum was a big girl.
