I posted a pdf that the courts forced Pfizer to release when they failed to have their trial data blocked legally. It was established that base on the 30K volunteered sample size, the mortal rate was 2.9%, not including major adverse effects to mild ones. Is that an acceptable death rate firstly and secondly at what level of tolerance are major side effects considered acceptable?
Some very important criteria I'm sure every drug trials needs to contemplate based on a guideline, something I'm not privy to and secondly, out of my understanding being a non participating scientist.
