What do we have, two companies one offering cash the other shares. MIN want a minimum of 50.1% of POL, Lion probably don`t want all of POL but need a company like MIN that has the expertise to get the stuff out of the ground and onto a ship. The more shares in POL it controls the better.
What I can see is a partnership emerging where Lion can give MIN an offtake agreement and lion get a discount on the ore they buy by virtue of their share in POL.
What we get is the option of cash or shares so I don`t think we may get much better
