Well as predicted DRC raised taxes on cobalt. This will mean more monies flow into other Cobalt mines outside DRC. Unfortunately market still treating cobalt and lithium as the same and savaging them. The discrepancy between cobalt metal price and the share price of companies that explore and extract them is mind boggling.
