There are plenty of ounces in the ground, more than enough to support the cost of buying a mill, so why isn't there news of a new (or even second-hand) mill being aquired so production can start while exploration continus? The addition of infrastucture can only appreciate the value of the company.
1.4m oz x (say) $800 = $1.12b ($US)
so what does a mill cost...
