When I spoke to KAL's Richard (no surname, as there are 2), he mentioned that there was a mill "down the road" about 40-60K away. They will crush their (KAL) ore if they want, but it takes a low priority, second to their own ore, and they will charge $40 per tonne! Thats a fairly expensive exercise. But one things is for sure. KAL is cashed-up and debt-free, so it wouldn't be a difficult exercise to fund a worthwhile project like this.
