From what i can see, the company now plans to do nothing, no exploration no drilling, no Mandilla gold hunt,...nothing! It therefore exists only to pay the wage of the directors. Nice if your a director but otherwise useless. How better to protect this situation than for the director to become a significant share holder. To then be in a strong position to cast the deciding vote in case the masses get unruly and decide they want to change things.
