My feeling is that the process will now be followed ensuring that all t's are crossed and i's are dotted and the outcome will be the same. The DMR will still award rights to Genorah.
But what if this doesn't happen? The rights are awarded to the locals, and a cash strapped Genorah would have to dilute or decrease their holding in NKP to provide some benefit to the locals.
Worst case scenario is Gen/NKP couldn't appease the peasants so to speak and they did a deal with one of the surrounding miners directly- anglo et. al. One conspiracy theory is that Anglo has bank rolled the legal team for the locals?
Anyway my money is on the DMR awarding the titles back to Gen anyway.... time will tell.
