I've read the court judgment and it certainly raises many questions that will need to be answered in time.

But, first things first.

The appeal was upheld, the matter will now be referred back to the DME for review, I see a window of opportunity for the company to deliver a massive win to minority shareholders in these circumstances and I'm surprised that the market hasn't picked up on it.
