The other point I have noted upon reading and re-reading the judgment a few times is that the party really in the pooh is DMR!

I mean they were the ones that granted the rights and backed up Genorah in all three court cases.

Now if there is a review and those rights are transferred based on DMR not following the process, they (DMR) open themselves up to some serious litigation from NKP.

As I stated before, the Concourt DID not grant the prospecting rights to Beng. They only have the right to appeal.

It is clear that the DMR could have done a better job. But that is not the same as they did not do their job.
