that is just what the international community is against. Don't panic. The B community need the platinum to be developed if they are to make any financial gains. Who do you think is going to develop it? Nkwe will. Xstrata will help.
What I would like to know is how much they are due. A few shares? A few dollars? Because what the international community WANTS is jobs and a stable economy. No one wants to miss the opportunity of adding $2bn in platinum to the global economy. A compromise will emerge.
