Cancellation of of 250M shares to Genorah doesnt mean no Genorah interest. It just means they dont have the share we paid them for the Tubatse farms

In any case - i dont think it will get to that point. DMR are in deep shirt here and given they are effectively representing the Govt, they have a massive interest to deal with this expeditiously and without rocking the mining boat.

At least that's what i'm hoping - who knows how and what they think in SA.

I also think it is absolute genious by all the posters now coming out of the woodwork, having predicted how even after winning judgements in the Supreme Courts of SA, somehow NKP still had a risk here. You guys should clearly change professions!
