    ive been thinking about this for awhile its negative but

    is it possible that X screw NKP and genroah and send a representative directly to these natives and pay them peanuts (say $5million) a fortune to the natives, for the rights to these 2 farms and by pass nkp and genroah altogether, is this possible?
