    I think probably a bit more than lack of due course involved here. I'm sure there have been greater abuses of due course that have gone unnoticed and were commonplace in the past.

    Maybe the fact that this little Aussie upstart beat everyone to these huge prospects is why there seems to be an anti Nkwe sentiment in Sth Africa, probably fuelled by ARM and Anglo who also lost big time to Genorah /Nkwe. "Surely this little upstart could not have done this folling due course like us".

    Sour grapes persit that's why I think ARM and AngloP are challenging the Genorah rights to Garatau again - fuelled by ConCourt decision.

    Xstrata got on board the NKWE train realising the quality of the prospects and it's interesting to see what their stance will be in all this.

    I hold but I am fearful that this saga will drag on for yonks.
