ok so lets see the native tibesman have ARM and Anglo on their side paying their lawyers fees presumingly, and NKP/genorah have Xstrata backing us (hopefully) because if we lose than X lose their option to aquire 50% of the 5 farms.
Lets hope X can show the power they have and get this resolved asap.
