If you want a class action go for it.

Having some idea about litigation I have looked into a much MUCH MUCH! more egregious situation with another company and found that AT BEST an action will simply cause the company to be wound up. Taking an action in the Federal Court is far from cheap. Remember that too.

Even if you succeed, then you will be fighting with creditors over what's left. Zero to shareholders? Highly likely.

Instead of raising hell, try researching, and being pragmatic.

Some people in here who claim to not have high level of knowledge about law, or economics or whatever, and specialise in insulting those that most probably do, then encourage others to go on wild goose chases.... yet it will probably not only end up with nothing, they will probably blow up the company.

How? By making it much harder for the company to raise funds (probably already achieved, congratulations). Or cause reputational damage with a lawsuit. Reputational damage is caused even if there are no solid grounds for the claims. Great.

Now if there is a decent chance the company will right itself, why wouldn't you give them a chance to explain themselves, wait for the facts.... and see for yourself?

But no. We had the screamers in here calling foul and ensuring that the SP would tank dramatically. Not saying it wouldn't react to the missed guidance -of course it would - BUT the hysteria in here has made 100% sure it's been a very dramatic reaction indeed.

Causing the company to be wound up means IMO a 100% chance you won't get your money back nor be able to ride a recovery wave.

People who claim that they have a 50% chance of winning at the casino aren't aware of how that system is rigged. It's certainly made the Packers extremely wealthy.

I'm using % ages to make my points as that seems to impress people. I merely wish to point out the realities of what we are dealing with here.

Commentary being so outraged about AHZ management which they assume to not have been acting in accordance with Director's duties is not being terribly wise, is all I can add.

I hope people can calm down and deal with this sensibly.

I've "lost" significant money in paper losses before on stocks and rode them back. I have a LOT of faith in the science with AHZ and the credentials of management. Something has clearly gone wrong and they have clearly been working on it. At least try to be calm to absorb the information properly, and for when we start trading again.

PS you can of course try to get ASIC to sue the Directors for breach of their duties. IF there is clear evidence for such a breach. Go your hardest.

But it won't do you or an embryonic company any good whatsover financially. Sledging the company, sledging WP, makes no sense at all. But traders will be onto it, picking up cheap shares and selling them on the recovery. They know it's an over reaction. It's how they make their money.

As I've said many times. Wait for emotions to pass. Be calm.

It's advice I got from a former corporate raider with Bell Resources and he said never make an investing decision based on emotion.

I have given reasons why it's best to not vent too much. Some is understandable but this is getting ridiculous. IMO.
