Obvious that the Board deal into a global platform. Part of Code Red was an overhaul of the sales reps - WP indicated a number of these folk were not cutting the mustard. I think most of us realise that not hitting the ‘selling piece’ mark when (products that should sell themselves) should have increased the SP significantly. Unfortunately it appears to me a critical sector of the lethargic growth may lead back to the sales folk underperforming. Apologies in advance those sales folk out there who are giving blood, seems quite a number are not .....
