jay agree no excuse to blame legacy issues anymore to be in this situation here got be accountable for actions. i truly hope we get a new management team (excluding exceptional r&d team where real value reaides imo on shv) someone with long tenure in medical technology industry would be great in long term, may take a hit on sp shortterm but will be much more confident with our future in long term.
