Shareholders deserve some answers or “facts” as you put them.
How can you legally help us to get him front and centre in front of everyone to explain himself?
If you want the truth, help us get the answers everyone is craving for.
YOu clearly think he has some legitimate answers to explain all this, so it should be in your best interest to get it out of him.
