MJP 0.00% 0.8¢ martin aircraft company limited

So what exactly is going on here?

They announce the sale of a commercial Jetpack.

    >People get excited, talk about it replacing cars as the mode of transport of the future. Share price rockets to $3.00+ on good feelings and thoughts.

    >Most traders slowly take profit that bought in at 40c, price falls pretty sharply to $0.7~.

    >Martin the founder of the company leaves. New management steps in.

    >It's been almost 1.5 years since they went public, There's been a few shows and maybe 2-3 live demonstrations.

    >They are trying to get orders but seem to be failing/having trouble getting anyone to show real interest in the product besides 'Oh that's interesting'.

    >Videos of the thing actually flying seem to be getting fewer and fewer with most shows being made as static models.

    >Talk of 'mass production' to start in mid-late 2016 now seems laughable. Mass production of a product with literally zero commercial orders despite a year and a half of trying to find a single buyer.

    >They are leaking money quite fast.

Is my understanding of the situation correct here?
What can they do to remedy the situation?
