that seems to be a pretty good summary of events. What can they do? Do more demonstrations particularly deploying the parachute. They need to sell its uses. Apple had to convince people of what pc's, ipods & iphones could do. They need a charismatic leader who can show how it can be used. They need more media and better communications. They need to be more open about how production is progressing & they need to be more transparent full stop.
