I dont believe there is a date certain , if I am right the statement is that the deal is "expected" to close in Sept with completion of due diligence. well lets assume that they decide to walk away , which I would put that at about 0-5% then SEA would be in a very good position in that they would keep all of those oil reserves and production as well as the 10% deposit that QEP had to put up . so thats $17,400,000 in the bank of SEA plus the retained South Antelope . so its either $174 mil or $17.4 mil plus acreage a WIN WIN either way . good luck
