Not an expert , but with the SGW case the shareholders ended up as unsecured creditors , great victory but the got nothing , Same with Pasminco someone else ended up with the assets and shareholders got not a brass razoo (now OZL which is also a disaster)Unless the administrator can extract funds from the directors (again some great moral victories but they never seem to have any money)
