    I emailed the company weeks ago asking for further details but didn't get a reply.

    I would put my money on differences with the company. If one of the other had left they could have sited "personal reasons" but to have both leave at the same time whist both were standing for re-election as directors seem unlikely. But that is just pure speculation on my part...
