No one is talking about the conditions attaching to the Pac Road funding and in particular any variations to that arrangement.
I'll bet anything that there are conditions subsequent that give Pac Road either the rightt o claw back as some of the funds will be held in escrow accounts or the right to terminate upon certain events i.e. no sale to Energex.
If the technology works and is so wonderful why not sell the electricity to Energex. Answer-because all that's been developed is a scientific pilot a long way from comemrcial production.
The problem for the management of CNX is the ASX announcements which paint an entirely different picture.
Watch people squeal when it hits the fan.
