MSB routinely put good news out ASAP and yet dump bad news (CR etc) on the market following a trading halt. Also partner hasn’t been mentioned it’s a private placement.
SI is a magician at getting funding and he has done well to keep the business running as long as it has. Hopefully the terms of this placement aren’t too favourable to the buyer.
