I am simply stating that NZO is more valuable than Cue. If Mr Aussie Market has valued Cue at AU$122M... then he should value NZO at at least that and probably more if he is behaving rationally.

What strategies participants may use to 'create a market' is way outside my circle of competence so I offer no thoughts on that.

Google says that NZ refineries are closing- that must be a severe head wind for Kupe etc.
