So...have been trying to follow these posts but it got a bit out of hand so I left.....

As I understand it, there was a deal to be made but no one wanted in, so MBN sits dormant whist those who have 'more' at stake then us fight it out.

Does anyone know how this situation will get resolved?

I'm claiming the entire amount as a loss for last FY's tax return, I don't ever see it coming back to be honest
