Looks like as part of the international prime brokerage agreement between Merill Lynch and Bank of America Merrill can further on trade the parcels most likely with the other companies mentioned.
If they borrowed the 5m shares on the 12/4/19 to short it wouldn’t seem like it has worked as the price has been in an upward trajectory since then. The owner of the shares remains BOA.
