I am surprised to see them getting up near 15%. Initially it was hypothesised that they just recognised value, but now it looks like something else may be going on. If they are on board with some movements behind the scene it would now be a very solid strategic stake. I bet the guys at Hastings have been nervously trying to find out what their angle is.
