Someone is pushing the price up Hurrah $1.50 here we come still 8% yield. Some of the comments re dividend stability are not quite right. If i remember rightly they said that the forecast for 2010 (was in the cap raising docs) was also 12 cents as well. I do not think this is an issue as Hasting AKA Westpac know they are under the gun with Orbis et al who will be pushing for this to increase. I look forward to hearing more about the new pipeline in the next 10 days
