Yeah P/Es are pretty rubbery things. I'd say to be conservative maybe leave them all at 5 like Humble did (easy to change once you've downloaded it). I let the PEs creep up over time to try and capture "market excitement" as the projects reach "maturity". Fingers crossed! ;-)
